Inspired by quality branded products in Whole Foods, I decided to create my own line of hot sauce. Karma Bites is the organic spice and burn you need to make your dishes come to life.

The Spinneret Graphic Novel Concept
For my thesis project, I decided to expand on my interest in emotional narratives. I created an over 100-page concept for a choose-your-own-adventure graphic novel, The Spinneret. It was not only a passion project in illustrative work but story-wise since the content of my novel contains topics of anxiety and feelings of insufficiency. The process of building my vision was a journey within itself as I wrote my own script, composed the panels on each page, sketched draft illustrations, and then finalized them with ink and coloring in Procreate. A portion of the book was printed while a digital version was shown containing 2 of the 5 endings for my thesis. I also laid out a mobile version of the first part of my book for viewers to preview. Below are pieces of my graphic novel along with a short clip of the mobile version of the novel.
Dreamscape Music Festival
Reflecting my music tastes, I brainstormed and designed promotional items and graphics for an original music festival concept. Dreamscape takes the imagination and nonsensical world created in people’s heads when listening to music and makes the experienced reality through
marketing and merchandise.
Logo Redesign & Brandbook
An explosion of imagery mimicking paper cutouts and vibrant colors really brings out the culture of this small self-established restaurant. Inspired by the design work of Saul Bass’s geometric, minimal style, I took an existing restaurant’s logo, “Casa Margaritas” and revamped it along with its brand book to represent who they are as a restaurant.
jetBlue DEI Initiative
DEI awareness should be addressed in all big-name companies. I was assigned the company JetBlue in a fake scenario where they needed to push their attention to recognize the diverse amount of people they work with and give service to. Posters addressing this statemet were made and an email to their employees discussing DEI.

Illustrations
Horror Movie Concept
Alpha Ascends is a horror movie concept where pixel video game monsters based on the 5 senses glitch out of the screens into reality. The main characters must survive the night with these terrifying, now fully rendered threats in their home. I designed pixel monsters and to capture the move from pixel to reality I took pictures of my computer set up and edited my hands around the background to insinuate the “touch” monster amalgamation has already escaped the screen.
